Terms of Service
By placing an order with Del Toro Custom Apparel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are intended to keep communication clear and help ensure a smooth ordering process.
Custom Orders
Del Toro Custom Apparel provides custom printing, DTF transfers, embroidery, patches, and made-to-order apparel. Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including sizes, quantities, garment type, colors, artwork, placement, and requested completion dates.
Quotes & Pricing
All pricing is based on current supplier costs, design size, quantity, complexity, garment type, and customization method.
Prices may change if supplier costs, availability, quantities, garment choices, artwork, design size, placement, or other order details change before the order is confirmed.
Customization pricing, including embroidery, DTF printing, patches, and other services, may be separate from garment pricing unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are valid for a limited time and may be adjusted if order details change.
Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required to begin production on custom orders.
Digitizing fees must be paid in full before digitizing or production begins.
Rush orders require full payment upfront.
Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance is due before pickup, delivery, or shipment.
Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
Artwork & Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork, spelling, names, colors, sizing, placement, and other design details before production begins.
Once artwork has been approved and production has started, Del Toro Custom Apparel is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design.
Changes requested after artwork approval may result in additional charges and may extend the turnaround time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by late artwork approvals, delayed customer responses, or design changes.
Customer-Provided Artwork
By submitting artwork, logos, images, trademarks, or other designs, the customer confirms that they have permission to use and reproduce the submitted material.
Del Toro Custom Apparel is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or ownership disputes involving artwork supplied or requested by the customer.
Artwork & Digitizing
New embroidery or patch designs may require digitizing before production.
Digitizing fees are one-time charges for the approved design file and are due upfront.
Digitizing turnaround is typically approximately 1–3 business days, depending on the design.
Final embroidery pricing and production timelines may be confirmed after digitizing and artwork approval.
Minimum Order Quantities & Bulk Pricing
Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the item and customization method.
Bulk pricing applies to orders using the same design and placement.
Large or high-volume orders may require additional production time.
Production & Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary depending on the service, order size, design complexity, garment availability, and current workload.
Typical production times are:
- DTF printing: approximately 7–10 business days
- Embroidery and patches: approximately 10–14 business days
Turnaround time begins after the required deposit has been received, artwork has been approved, digitizing has been completed when applicable, and any customer-provided garments have been received.
Large, specialty, bulk, or high-volume orders may require additional time.
Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Customer-Provided Garments
Customer-provided garments are accepted at the customer’s risk.
Different fabrics and materials can react differently to heat pressing, embroidery, stitching, and other customization processes.
Del Toro Custom Apparel is not responsible for damage caused by heat, stitching, fabric limitations, pre-existing defects, manufacturing defects, or other conditions outside our control.
Refunds or replacement garments are not provided for customer-supplied items unless otherwise agreed.
Changes & Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel an order.
Changes requested after artwork approval may result in additional charges.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
Reorders
Reorders using an existing embroidery design generally do not require a new digitizing fee unless changes to the design require new digitizing.
Pricing for reorders is based on current rates at the time the reorder is placed.
Garment availability, supplier pricing, and turnaround times may differ from the original order.
Returns & Refunds
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are generally final sale.
Returns, refunds, replacements, and corrections are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping
Shipping time is separate from production time.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, carrier delays are outside of our direct control.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be arranged when available.
Pickup details and location are provided privately after arrangements have been confirmed.
Care Instructions
To help protect customized apparel:
- Wash inside out
- Wash in cold water
- Use a gentle cycle
- Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat
- Avoid high heat directly on printed or decorated areas
- Do not iron directly over the design
- Do not dry clean unless the garment or decoration instructions specifically allow it
Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, or other care is not considered a production defect.
Agreement to These Terms
By placing an order, submitting a deposit, approving artwork, or completing a purchase through Del Toro Custom Apparel, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable store policies.
