Turnaround Time
Standard custom orders generally require approximately 5–10 business days, depending on quantity, design complexity, garment availability, and service type. Larger or bulk orders may require additional time.
Customer-Provided Garments
Customers may provide their own garments for customization. Different fabrics and materials can react differently to heat pressing, embroidery, and other processes. Customer-provided garments are accepted at the customer’s risk.
