Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Most Del Toro Custom Apparel orders are made to order. Processing time varies depending on the size and complexity of the order.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for standard orders before shipping. Larger custom or bulk orders may require additional time. If a different turnaround time applies, it will be discussed with you before production begins.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed and handed to the carrier, standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–5 business days. Shipping time does not include order processing time.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $8.
Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.

Delays
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, carrier delays are outside of our direct control. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be arranged directly with Del Toro Custom Apparel when available. Pickup details and location will be provided privately after arrangements have been confirmed.
